Returns Policy

This return policy is valid for the country: South Africa.

You have the right to return [30 days} after the arrival of your order.
The products can easily be returned.The actual return costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the shipping party.This applies both in the case of dissatisfied products
as well as defect received products.

With most packages the return lables are in the box, if this is not the case, kindly send us an email at returns@irichcomputers.co.za and we will send them digitally. You can print them and add them
in the return package.

Note: only products in NEW* conditional can be returned, we reserve the right to refuse a return with traces of use.
*New = these are unopened products in their original packaging and products that have never been used.

Once we have received and verified your return, you will have your refund within [14 business days] using the payment method you used when ordering.

We comply with all relevant laws regarding returns and refunds.

If you wish to return a product, you must do so within 30 days from the date of purchase. Goods must be returned in good condition, and we do not accept broken or damaged packages.

We have 2 suppliers, depending on where the item was dispatched from, we will advise when you send us a request.

Refund Process

It may take up to 14 working days to process your return and send out a replacement package. Refunds will be processed after assessing the package’s condition and nature of issue. We will need the same banking used on purchase. Depending on your bank, we set a stand of 14 days to receive your funds ,but it can be much quicker.
